It's great to welcome in the new year. It gives a hope of new beginnings and possibilities. With that said, I'm very excited to start the year with new and healthy recipes. A close friend of mine gave me this cookbook "Power Foods" for Christmas (she knows me all too well) and its filled with some amazingly mouthwatering recipes. I like the fact that it also gives you a lot of information about the ingredients and their health aspects. I look forward to postings some of the recipes soon :)
